Hidden Forest Nursery is now Botanica!
Hidden Forest Nursery is now Botanica!
In this event you will participate with a small group in meditation, silent walking and personal introspection and then discussion facilitated by Rei. Attendees are encouraged to bring snacks/lunch and enjoy the property after the session concludes.
Rei Blaser spent her early years among the soft whisper of pines and the playful fireflies of Wisconsin's quiet countryside. Throughout her life she has turned to nature for finding clarity and direction during many of her turns on the curvy path of life. Those moments led to her wearing many hats as a support person and is in service as a Life Coach. She now desires to create space for others to expand their self-awareness through their relationship with Nature. Her hope is for people to feel less stress and greater confidence in trusting their own voice of wisdom.

Restoring Wellness at Botanica
DATE: TBD
Ticket purchase required. Cost: $30
In the beauty of Autumn, come experience the “Magic” that happens when we slow the Body/Mind and open our Senses to the World of Nature.
This Walk is inspired by the Japanese practice called Shinrin Yoku which literally means “forest bathing”. Forest bathing is the intentional practice of slowing down and immersing oneself in the sounds, sights, smells and sensations in nature in order to restore wellbeing and honor our relationship with the natural world. We will meander through the Gardens at a relaxed pace, receiving guided invitations that awaken the senses and encourage a personal connection with the earth. In closing we will have a taste of the Gardens with a tea made from edible and medicinal plants gathered here.
Scientific research has shown that coming into this fuller, deeper immersion with Nature is powerful medicine.
